Arrow only perform Full Well Recovery Tests (Yield Testing), which gives our customers the gallons per minute recovery rate of their drinking water well. To perform this test, we attempt to empty all storage from the well, allow it to replenish, and then measure the rate at which the well recovers. If we are unable to empty the storage, we follow State of Colorado guidelines, dictating that we continue to pump until there is less than a 10% difference over the last hour of the test. We do not perform simple 2-hour flow tests as they do not deliver the customer the RECOVERY RATE for their well.
